Using a science-based nutrition approach and strength training programs specifically designed for your level, this program is specifically suitable for active women navigating the different stages of menopause.

Not sure that your time in the gym is effective? Not sure where to start? We offer 1:1 lifting sessions and training camps in most capital cities.

Our trainers are handpicked to help guide you on lifting correctly. We adjust your form and show you the intensity you need to be working at in order to get the most out of your time and efforts.
