  • Strategy planning session (up to 2 hours): We undertake a lifestyle audit to determine your baseline. We gather all of the information we need to understand your history and what you are going through now. We dig into your values and habits, your lifestyle and your activity baselines. This foundations lays out our plan for your success. and ensures that you are clear on your values and goals

  • Physique Assessment: We take a good look at your body composition in order to ensure that your plans are specifically designed to achieving your unique goals.  This is an assessment of your physique, your starting point.

  • Personalised nutrition plan: Tailored meal plans or flexible nutritional parameters, recipes and shopping lists crafted to align with your lifestyle, preferences, and health conditions. Includes a personalised snack hack sheet and supplement plans.

  • Personalised training plan:  build the muscle and strength that has eluded you.  Designed to your fitness level and in order to accommodate your needs. This plan will  complement your nutrition plan and boost your strength, flexibility and overall well-being

  • Weekly 1:1 check-ins: Stay on track with one-on-one check-ins to monitor progress, make adjustments and receive practical, actionable support. 1:1 voice/video weekly coaching updates to have your questions answered

  • Habit tracking and accountability: You will be provided with tools and strategies to monitor your habits, progress and to help keep you accountable and engaged.
